How do I choose the right size for my dog?

Measure your dog while lying in its usual sleeping position. M measures 35 x 22 x 3 in for pets up to 60 lb L measures 41 x 27 x 3 in for pets up to 85 lb and XL measures 44 x 32 x 3.5 in for pets up to 120 lb. Size up for stretch-out sleepers.

Why does the bed arrive compressed and how long does it take to expand?

The bed is vacuum packed to reduce shipping volume. Remove all packaging, unfold, and lay flat. Gently pat and reshape the foam and plush cover for even recovery. Allow up to 24 hours to regain the intended shape and thickness.

Is the cover removable and machine washable?

Yes. Unzip the cover and remove the foam before washing. Machine wash the cover in cold water and tumble dry low. Spot clean the protective liner as needed and follow the sewn-in care label for complete instructions.

Is the entire dog bed completely waterproof?

The plush cover has TPU backing and a separate protective liner to help shield the foam from everyday spills and accidents. The zipper and seams are not fully sealed so the bed is not designed for soaking full submersion or prolonged outdoor rain.

Is the plush cover chew proof or scratch proof?

The cover is designed for normal resting and light pawing but it is not chew proof or intended for aggressive digging. Supervise dogs that chew or scratch bedding and keep nails trimmed to help protect the plush fabric and zipper.
