1) Check kibble size & type: Use dry kibble ≤ 18 mm. Avoid semi-moist or sticky treats.

2) Clean the chute & impeller/auger: Power off → remove hopper & chute cover → clear stuck pieces → wipe dust/oil → reassemble fully.

3) Place the feeder on a flat, stable surface; tilting can hinder the auger.

Question 2: Can’t Connect to WiFi or App

1) Verify the WiFi password is entered correctly

2) Ensure the WiFi router is within 30 feet of the feeder

3) Press and hold the reset button to reset the device and check if it powers on normally

Question 3: Inaccurate Feeding Portions

Question 4: Can I use the automatic feeder outdoors?

No, this feeder is for indoor use only and is not waterproof.

Question 5: Can I use this pet feeder with just batteries and without plugging it into a wall outlet?

No. This auto feeder is designed for continuous AC power (the included adapter). The battery compartment is strictly for emergency backup during short power outages. When running on batteries alone: The Wi‑Fi and camera are automatically disabled. Prolonged battery‑only operation will cause weak motor torque, inaccurate portioning, and possible jamming. Always keep the power adapter connected for daily use.
